This notice explains what we do with the information you send us through this website. It is a draft and has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor.

Who controls your data

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your venue name and type, your city, your email address, your phone number if you give one, which services you are interested in, and anything you add in the message field.

Why we are allowed to use it

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you sent us. If your enquiry leads to an agreement, we rely on Article 6(1)(b), performance of a contract. You can object at any time.

Who sees it

Our own team, and the email provider that carries the message. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within 24 months. Where an agreement is signed, we keep the records for as long as we are required to for tax and contractual purposes, which is normally six years.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable format. We answer within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only third party it contacts is Google Fonts, which serves the typeface. No cookie banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to.

If we change this notice we will update the date below.
